New product brochure

Quite often our existing and potential clients are not aware of full product lines we work with. Therefore, the year 2021 for BIBUS Baltics has begun with the updated product and service portfolio summed up in BIBUS Baltics brochure.
The brochure encompasses all 8 business areas we concentrate on accompanied by the product scopes of our long-valued strategic partners.

Not only will you view & recognize our brands, but also you will have a chance to explore the main products they offer.

NEW INLINE ACTUATORS

Already aware of Bansbach exclusive actuators or just found out? Here is the news for you!

Bansbach has come up with the advancement in their new technology - inline actuators.

  • 3 sizes with forces up to 10.000N
  • Very compact design despite integrated controller
  • Easy installation and maintenance free
  • Software for easy setup
  • Internal stroke limitation
  • Adjustable current limit
  • Internal heat protection
  • Industrial interface MODBUS RTU on RS485
  • Adjustable start ramp
  • Adjustable stop ramp
  • Plug & Play solution with iConnect-Box

The inline actuators are also available with an integrated controller in diameters 35, 50 and 60 and therefore they fit into almost every application.
Our engineers will help you to decide on the option your application needs, contact us and we will find the right solution together!

AUTOMATION OF THE LUBRICATION

Why the equipment has to be lubricated?

Many believe that lubricants are used to make mechanisms "slippery".

However, this is only their primary function, there are several benefits to

using the right lubricant:

  • it allows equipment to operate under extreme pressures at high and
    low
    temperatures
  • protects parts and mechanisms from corrosion
  • improves equipment performance and availability

IMPORTANT

In 50% of cases observed, the incorrect lubrication process and

contamination are the causes of early bearing wear.

  • 36% of cases - incorrect lubrication process
  • 14% of cases - contamination

Moreover, 60% of all circuit defects are due to incorrect or insufficient lubrication.

Why should you atomate the lubrication process?

The answer is straightforward - to IMPROVE & to DECREASE

to IMPROVE:

  • productivity
  • plant & equipment safety
  • the time & costs spent on maintenance
  • protection against dirt

to DECREASE:

  • Energy consumption by reducing friction between mechanisms
  • Equipment wear and noise caused by friction
  • Unplanned downtime
  • Equipment maintenance and repair costs
  • The amount of lubricant
  • Corrosion
  • Pollution

STEP by STEP guide when choosing
the correct lubrication

Step no. 1

Decide on what is being lubricated (bearings, sliding bearings,
linear bearings and / or carriages, chains)
Designation and / or dimensions (for each lubricating point individually)

Step no. 2

Identify the working conditions:

  • Temperature
  • Working environment
  • Pollution
  • Danger of explosion
  • Other

Step no. 3

Define the operating parameters of the lubricating unit
(for each lubrication point individually):

  • Rotational speed turnovers or linear displacement
  • Working temperature
  • Working time
  • Manufacturer's recommendations for the type and
amount of grease (if not available, a calculation can be made)

Step no. 4

Define the location of lubrication points on the equipment
and distance to the pump

We offer  lubrication systems & components.
We EVALUATE, CONSULT, DESIGN & INSTAL lubrication
systems & provide components.
